A common evidence contract
The business workflow is independent of the camera brand. Other providers can connect by implementing the published evidence API contract.
Visual evidence
A receipt tells you what was sold. Camera footage can help you understand what happened. Connect the two in Vender, with access controlled by location and role.
Review a refund, check a handover or investigate a receiving discrepancy. Open the business event and look for the relevant footage without working backwards from an approximate time.

Supported offline events preserve their original timestamp. A late sync does not become the moment shown on camera.
A bookmark is not proof of a recording. Pending exports, recording gaps, failed requests and expired evidence are shown as different outcomes.
Camera credentials stay on the server. Viewing, exporting and managing connections have separate permissions, with an audit trail for review and export.
Map a supported provider to an explicit business location and, when useful, a terminal. CamBackup is the first integration.
Enable the events you need and set the time before and after each event. Recording must already cover the requested interval.
Find events by record, location and time. Prepare private playback and export a clip when your role permits it.
Use the investigation view or open evidence alongside a business record. Automatic bookmarks require a known physical location; remote orders and older clients without location context need an explicit assignment or manual time-based investigation.
Visual evidence helps people investigate; it does not automatically prove a discrepancy or identify wrongdoing. Cameras need accurate clocks and coverage of the selected location. Retention follows your evidence settings and your camera provider. An event cannot recreate footage that was never recorded or has already expired.
Talk through your cameras, locations and investigation needs in a Vender demonstration.
