What you can work with
Agreed Package
Review the products, quantities, billing currency and exact interval total in your accepted agreement. Published price changes do not rewrite that accepted snapshot.
Fixed-Term Agreements
Manually invoiced packages have an agreed start and end date. They do not renew automatically. The package total shown in Billing is not a payment receipt.
User and Device Licences
Company administrators assign purchased office, rep and till capacity in Billing. Register a till and select its location before assigning its licence. Keep pending offline work safe when replacing devices.
Billing Status
Review whether your agreed term is active. Ask Vender to confirm changes, renewal, payment arrangements and any credit before they take effect.

Compare the published products and included capacity. Confirm any additional users, devices, locations, setup work and tax basis in the quote.
Confirm Terms and Payment Arrangements
Agree the price, billing interval, term and payment method before activation. Evaluation offers are not a promise of immediate paid availability. Card checkout depends on provider setup and is a separate flow from manual agreements.
Assign Purchased Access
Open Billing to review the accepted package and assign its licences. Users still need the appropriate role and location permissions. A signup selection or dashboard preference never purchases a module.
Request a Change or Renewal
Contact Vender before the agreed end date to renew or change products and quantities. Confirm the effective date and any credit in writing. Automatic proration and refunds are not implied.
Available On
Billing & Subscriptions are managed from the Admin dashboard. Ask Vender which payment and invoice services are configured for your account; availability depends on the agreed billing flow.
