How It Works
Create Gift Card with Balance
Issue a new gift card in admin with a starting balance and unique card number. The card is active and ready for distribution immediately.
Distribute to Customer
Hand the card number to the customer physically, via email, or embed it in a branded voucher. The balance is held securely in the system.
Redeem at POS During Checkout
At checkout, enter the gift card number. The available balance is applied to the order total automatically. Any remainder stays on the card.
Track History and Deactivate If Needed
Review full transaction history in admin — issuance, redemptions, and remaining balances. Deactivate cards that are lost or no longer needed.
Available On
Gift cards are issued and managed in Admin, and redeemed at POS. Balance checks work in both interfaces.
