How It Works
Open Shift with Starting Cash
A cashier counts the drawer and enters the starting cash amount. The shift is now open and linked to the terminal and user.
Process Sales Throughout Shift
Transactions flow through the POS as normal. Vender tracks every sale, refund, and payment method in real time.
Close Shift and Count Cash
At shift end the cashier counts the actual cash. The system compares this to the expected amount based on all transactions.
Review Z-Report Variance
The Z-report shows sales totals, payment breakdowns, expected vs actual cash, and any variance. Export or print for records.
Available On
Z-Reports are created at POS and reviewed from Admin. Shift data syncs to the backoffice for centralized reporting and audit.
