      Do you offer a free trial?

      Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin.

      What happens after the trial?

      When your 14-day trial ends, choose a plan to continue. Billing and renewal terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

      Can I change plans later?

      Yes. Change plan at any time from Billing in the admin app, or email [email protected] and we will move you across. Billing and renewal terms are in our Terms of Service.

      What is the difference between a back-office user and a field-rep licence?

      A field-rep licence covers one person on one phone or tablet running the offline field-sales app. Back-office users work in the web admin: catalogue, orders, stock and documents. Your B2B customers use the portal for free and are never counted.

      What counts as a SKU?

      One SKU is one product or variant with its own code in your catalogue. The SKU cap applies to your catalogue, not to how many orders you take.

      Is there a limit on how many orders I can take?

      No. Orders are unlimited on every plan. The only limits are back-office users, field-rep licences, SKUs and AI credits — all listed in the table above.

      How do AI credits work?

      Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. How far it goes depends on the enrichment you run, how many languages you generate, and which AI provider you use. You see the estimated cost before a batch runs. Extra credits cost €10 per 1,000 credits. You review every suggestion before it publishes, and you can bring your own provider account if you prefer.

      Do you integrate with Exact Online and other accounting tools?

      You can import customers and products from Exact Online, QuickBooks and Zoho Books today. Live two-way accounting sync is in pilot — contact us about your setup.

      Which payment methods do you accept?

      Available payment and invoicing arrangements depend on your agreement. Contact sales before subscribing to confirm the method, billing interval and first invoice. Creating a trial account does not charge you.

      Can I cancel, and can I take my data with me?

      Cancel through Billing or contact us to confirm your renewal date and notice period. Export the data available to your plan before access ends; ask us about any additional export you need. Your agreement and the Terms of Service govern cancellation.
