Order Becomes Ready
When a sales order is confirmed, it enters the picking queue with full line items, customer info, and priority tagging.
Start Picking Session
A warehouse worker claims the order and starts a picking session. The app shows item locations, quantities, and scan confirmations.
Scan or Manual Pick
Workers scan barcodes to confirm each pick. If a barcode is unreadable, manual confirmation is available with a reason code.
Complete & Ship
Review the picked quantities and complete the applicable fulfilment step. Check stock and document status; customer notifications depend on your configuration.
Available On
Picking is available on Mobile (with barcode camera scanning), POS browser, and Admin. Workers can use the device that fits their workflow best.
