Upload the price list
Product code, name and price are enough. Categories, images, pack sizes and minimum orders are used when your file has them.

Brand it
Business name, intro line, logo, accent colour and the email that should receive orders. Prices can be hidden for a catalogue you send before agreeing terms.

One file, nothing external except the product images your list links to. Preview it here first; what you see is the file you get.
What it does not do
- No login, so it cannot show per-customer prices or hide products from some buyers.
- Stock is a number printed at the moment you built the file, not a live figure.
- Orders arrive as email or CSV. Someone still has to enter them.
Questions
Where is the catalogue hosted?
Nowhere, by design. You get a file. Put it on your own website, in a shared drive, or attach it to an email. Because it is a single self-contained file, it also opens from a USB stick with no internet connection at all.
How do orders reach me?
The buyer fills in quantities and chooses Send by email, which opens their mail program with the order already written out and addressed to you. They can also copy the order as text or download it as a CSV. Nothing passes through us.
How many products can it hold?
Up to 2,000. Beyond that the file becomes slow to open on a phone, which defeats the point of handing it to a buyer. Larger catalogues want a hosted portal with search on the server.
Can I show different prices to different customers?
Not in a static file, because everyone who opens it sees the same content. You can build a separate catalogue per customer group, or hide prices entirely. Per-customer pricing behind a login is what a hosted B2B portal is for.
Are my product images included in the file?
No. If your list has image URLs the catalogue links to them, so those images load from wherever they already live and the file stays small. Your logo is the exception: it is embedded, so the header still looks right offline.
