How healthy is your product catalogue?
Drop in a price list and get a score out of 100, every problem found with the rows it affects, and a cleaned copy to work from. Twenty-four checks, all of them explained. Your file is read on this device and never uploaded.

Excel or CSV. Nothing is uploaded — the file is read on this device.
Your file stays on this device
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded, stored, or sent anywhere. You can disconnect from the internet and it still works.
How it works
- 1
Add your file
Excel or CSV, in any of the usual shapes: comma or semicolon separated, a header buried under an export preamble, European or Anglo decimals.
- 2
Check the columns
We name the columns we recognised in English, Dutch and Spanish. Correct any we got wrong and every result updates immediately.
- 3
Fix what matters first
Findings are ordered by severity, then by what they cost you, with example rows and their line numbers. Take the cleaned file and the report with you.
What it does not do
- It reads what is in the file. It cannot tell you a price is wrong, only that it is impossible or inconsistent.
- It checks one file at a time, so it cannot compare this month against last month.
- It does not write anything back to your systems.
Questions
Is my price list uploaded anywhere?
No. The whole tool runs as JavaScript in your browser. Your file is read from disk into memory on your own device, and nothing is sent to us or to anyone else. You can turn off your internet connection after the page loads and it still works.
What file types can I use?
Excel workbooks (.xlsx) and delimited text (.csv, .txt, .tsv) up to 25 MB. Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe separators are detected automatically, as is a header row sitting below a company name or export date.
How is the score calculated?
Every file starts at 100. Each check subtracts points in proportion to the share of rows it affects, and a serious fault is worth more points than a cosmetic one. The arithmetic is printed next to each finding so you can reproduce it. Checks that need a column your file does not have are listed as not checked and cost you nothing.
Does the cleaned file change my prices?
Never. Only three repairs are applied, all of them reversible: spaces around values are trimmed, stray HTML tags are removed from text, and barcodes lose the apostrophe or trailing .0 that a spreadsheet added. Prices, costs and quantities come out exactly as they went in.
What does it actually check?
Duplicate and missing product codes, duplicate barcodes, barcode check digits, missing names, prices that are not numbers, prices at or below zero, costs above the sell price, thin margins, missing categories, descriptions, images and stock, names in capitals or cut off, HTML left in text, damaged accented characters, ambiguous decimals, padded values and mixed currencies.
Want these fixed rather than listed?
Vender imports your catalogue with a preview of what will change, keeps a report of every import, and has an AI enrichment step with human approval for names, descriptions and categories.
