A catalogue you can send, not a file you have to attach
Upload your price list, drop in the product photos, and get an address you can put in an email or a WhatsApp. This is the one tool here that keeps what you give it, because a link has to point somewhere.
- Free
- Email to publish
- Stores what you upload
This one keeps your file
Every other tool here runs in your browser and uploads nothing. This one cannot: a catalogue you send to a customer, and the photographs in it, have to live somewhere. Your list and your images are stored on our servers, the catalogue gets an address you can send, and publishing asks for an email so the page is attributable to somebody. Free for 30 days, extendable, and you can delete it at any time.
Start a catalogue
No account and no email yet. You only need an address when you publish.
How it works
- 1
Bring your list
The same spreadsheet the other tools take. Nothing is stored until you say so.
- 2
Add the photos
Name each file after the product code and it finds its own product. They are resized on arrival.
- 3
Send the link
One email confirms it is you, then the catalogue is live for 30 days and you can extend it.
What it does not do
- This tool stores your list and your photos on our servers. Every other tool on this site does not, and the difference is marked on the index.
- There is no account, so the proof a catalogue is yours lives in the browser you made it in. Clear your site data and it can only expire on its own.
- It is a catalogue, not a shop. Customers can put an order together and send it to you; nothing is charged and no payment is taken.
Questions
Why does this one store my file when the others do not?
Because a link has to point somewhere. The other tools hand you a file and forget you were here; this one gives you an address you can send to a customer, and that address has to resolve to something on a server. Your list and your photos are stored, and only those: there is no account, no profile and no tracking of who opens the link beyond a count of views.
Why do you need my email to publish?
Because publishing puts images on a vender.cloud address, and a tool that lets anyone do that anonymously is not a free tool for merchants — it is free image hosting for strangers, and it would not survive contact with the internet. Building and previewing need no email at all. We send one link, it works once, and we do not add you to anything.
What happens after 30 days?
The link stops working and the catalogue and its photos are deleted. You can extend by another 30 days from the catalogue itself, as often as you like, and there is no charge for that. The limit exists because storage that only grows is a bill with no ceiling, not because we are waiting for you to pay.
Can anyone find my catalogue?
Only with the link. The address contains 16 random characters, it is not listed anywhere on this site, and both the page and the data behind it tell search engines not to index them. Treat the link the way you would treat the price list itself: anyone you send it to can forward it.
When a file stops being enough
A hosted portal gives each customer their own login and their own prices, shows live stock, and puts orders straight into your back office instead of your inbox.
